Information for Exhibitors
· Exhibits should be ready by 09:45 am for judging commencing at 10.00 am prompt. Exhibits can be uplifted at 4 pm.
· Feeding and watering of all birds should be carried out by each exhibitor but only after judging. Exhibitors must provide their own feed, water & water dishes.
· If and only if an exhibitor makes 5 or more entries in classes 1-118, one entry ticket for the gate is provided to allow the exhibitor free entry to the show field. Otherwise, normal admission must be paid by exhibitors at the gate.
· Pen numbers can only be collected at the Show.
· Junior/Juvenile to be aged under 16 years old on the day of the Show.
· Names & phone numbers of exhibitors will be printed in the catalogue of entries unless otherwise requested.
· As the Show is held under the conditions of the Poultry Club of Great Britain and DEFRA general licence, exhibitors are required to adhere to the all relevant requirements
